Q:	I have problems with the installation and have no drivers.
A:	After the windows Automatic installation, press and hold the mute button until it mutes, press and hold again to unmute, reboot and after that the configuration is saved on windows and works every time.
Q:	Ik heb problemen met de installatie en heb geen drivers.
A:	Na de automatische installatie van Windows, houdt u de mute-knop ingedrukt tot hij op zijn laagste niveau is. Houdt de knop nogmaals ingedrukt om deze opnieuw weer harder te zetten, start de computer opnieuw op en daarna wordt de configuratie op Windows opgeslagen en werkt elke keer.
Q:	Windows 10:USB device not recognized. Error about ‘usb device recognition’ appears on desktop:
A:	Please check if on Power options setting USB in next way: : To get into Power Options settings: Open Control panel and click ‘Power Options’ If you can’t see such icon, change View by:option on top right side to Small icons for Active plan, click‘Change plan settings’ Finally click ‘Change advanced power settings’:
